Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and joy as we come together in a supportive circle of women.
This is a space to express yourself freely through dance, release stress, and build community with like-minded women.
No dance experience is necessary—just bring your authentic self, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. The circle welcomes women of all ages and abilities.
