Remedial massage is great if you are experiencing acute pain. I will focus on the areas that need more attention and make sure I personalise this massage according to your needs, including some gentle stretches, heat therapy, acupressure and aromatherapy. I specialise in shoulder pain, tension headaches and lower back pain. You can choose your favourite pressure and intensity, from soft to firm pressure.
